A quick meal of mac and cheese is lunch/dinner today. Still watching Temple and Houston. Temple won't let Houston score, but they can't score themselves. Enjoying another pipe of Blue Note, in a mm cob. Wish I could be watching that Boston-Yanks game. But don't feel like paying MLB for the tv computer package but with only a month left.

BoSox over Yankees 12-7 in the 7th, W-Sox and O's are tied 2-2 in the 7th, and the Dodgers lead the Reds 3-2 in the 7th. I'm smoking Tabac Noir in a straight 1979 MM Legend.

Escudo in a Peterson Canadian. Big pot of Darjeeling tea on the table. Two more pipes loaded with LEO and Princes Street. Couple of modest wagers placed. 5 minutes before the first of the America's Cup races starts.

HAd a real ass of a morning.
When I came to the house for dinner I found my 4noggins order on the porch. Things are lookin up.
But a second box was there???
It was making all sorts of growling & snorting sounds.
Hate mail from Rekamepip. The Rocker hooked me up with some of his creations. English blend that I am ENJOYING now and some VA\Brl that is on deck for later.
    :bow::toast: Thanks

After the first bowl of PA, I'm content with my purchase. Once it gets going it's not a bad smoke. I've loaded more in the straight Country Gent while I watch Oregon make things look too easy against Virginia.

Back to civilisation after a week in the wilds of rural Wales :) has been a week of pipe smoking, snuffing and sharing my mates shisha pipe! (I believe you state siders call them hookahs). I took only a select few pipes ( basil meadows poker and bullittproof cob, as well as my peterson tankard) pipes full of carter hall, frog morton on the town, frogs cellar and nutty professor were the standard, all whilst looking out over the ocean :)

I wanted the big vice back, which has been pressing a stainless steel mould full of Black Sea Basma Turkish
    for a couple of days
    [IMG]
to make a frame for the bottle jack to press the wood moulds
    [IMG]
    so I tapped it out
    [IMG]
and loaded my Rekamepip Briar with some of the crumbs

Superb :drly:(well I think so :whis:) Before pressing it's got around x3 times the volume of shop bought tobacco, for equal weights, so you don't get as long a smoke per bowlfull.
You do now :msty:, the Rekampip Briar is only small, but gave a cool long smoke, I'll fill a large bowl next and time it

This is the first bowl I've been able to just sit back and enjoy in two days, and I am relishing it! Peretti's Tashkent in the Pony Foot meer.
