Recently Pipes and Cigars ran a sale on Savinellis so ordered a Tundra 606 EX. This is a big pipe. [IMG]

Btw I probably not smoke any flakes in this pipe. The bowl is huge and would just take too many flakes to fill it.

I was actually looking at this pipe. One of IMO the better looking series of Savs.

I'm not trying to hijack the thread, but I want to add that I received my first Sav today, a Spring 320KS. This pipe is just stupid. I don't know how they can offer such a nice pipe for $80. I have a rack full of Dunhills, Castellos and other pricier pipes, and i am blown away by how much i like this Sav. I'm buying more of them, absolutely no doubt. The best value in all of pipes, an honor i used to bestow on Stanwell.

Stanwell and them are tied.. For me at least. My Stanwell smokes itself and my first Sav I gifted my friend for his birthday was much the same.

Hey lets see a pic :) I have some other Savs but this new one is actually unique due to its size. I mean it is quite large and so far I really like it. I have now smoked 2 bowls thru it and it smoked really nice. The first bowl was with the balsa filter and the second was with the insert. It did gurgle a little. After smoking Sasquatches for a while I may be a bit spoiled. Sas pipes just don't gurgle. But the Sav is far from being broken in so the gurgling may decrease as it breaks in.

New pipes are more prone to gurgle than a broken in one, it's just natural.

It's a beauty Cake, I have a rustic 320 KS, one of my lesser expensive pipes and performance wise one of the best in my collection, I find the fat bit a prefect clench.

I looked at the Tundra during their sale. I had to pass because I just ordered two other pipes. Couldn't financially justify a third in one paycheck. Simply a beautiful pipe.
