    What is the purpose of the double lines on most bulldogs? Enquiring minds want to know…

    I have several bulldogs, one of my favorite shapes, and several don't have the lines. I agree with the above. Tradition.

    Be careful smoking it outside on a windy day ... where is a pipe the hottest? Where is the bulldog bowl thinnest?

    The lines are whats known as bad assness ! It says ... I'm so bad assed , that you can put one or even two lines around me and I still look baaad :beck:

    i don't feel the lines are absolutely essential but they do look most very cool.

    The most notable Bulldog Lines are seen on white carpet after the bulldog scoots on his butt across it.:haha:
