    Greetings everyone...

After seeing BWeist post on waxing, figured I would give it a try. Have beeswax on hand, white and heated it on stove till all melted. Several dips of pipes as well as brushing. Let them cool off, and wow, coloring was amazing.

Both Altinoks are approximately 1 and a half and 2 months old. I should have taken before photos of both pipes, but did not. Both pipes coloring in shank area, pretty much creamy white bowls. Coloring came out in a brownish copper color. I guess waxing really does accelerate the coloring process! I should note that both pipes are smoked daily. image.jpg
