Does anyone know of a coin cut Latakia blend? For some reason I love the look of circular cut flakes but it seems like all of them are Va/Per.

Not many I know of. Mac Baren's Latakia Blend is in that shape, but has next to no noticeable latakia.

Hmmm, never tried it. Doesn't make much sense to call it "Latakia Blend" and not have much Latakia.

What about a 'rope'. SG has some Lat ropes, I do believe.

    Yeah. Good call, MacBaren :)
You could try Owen's Blend from Smoker's Haven... if you can find it. No idea if it's still available, I understand some SH blends are about as rare as roc's teeth these days.

I thought about that too... Just slice the rope up into coins.
I can't think of any ropes with latakia, though. I don't think SG has any.

Villager Cocktail Hour is disc cut. It's just a virginia, no fancy latakia or perique in it.

I'm with you Jesco, I like coin cut as well. Easier to carry around and stuff into a pipe while on the go, which is also why I like flakes.

Newminster Superior Round Sliced is supposed to be a very tasty virginia coin cut. If it's anywhere near as good as their Superior Navy Flake, I'm all in.
