Condor!...great To Be Back!

    Well, it's been about three weeks - maybe four!, and that must be about the longest I've gone (apart from a period of illness four years back) without smoking Condor. For reasons of economy, and indeed curiousity! I've been smoking mostly 'imported' stuff, and a lot of OGS - which is all very nice......but!.... . Well this morning I could stand no more! LOL and while in the local supermarket splashed out for a pouch of the old favourite!. Back home, an hour or so of ecstasy had me wondering once again why I ever stray from what was my staple diet for many years - and is still so readily available. I don't have a 'cellar' as such, but the comparatively small amount of various tobaccos that I have around in jars is now to be decimated even further while I resolve to stock up on Condor as much as possible. :)

    I've never had Condor before, but your photo makes it look tasty. I might have to go on mistersnuff and order some. I don't think anyone else sends it to the USA.

    I have never tried Condor or that style of tobacco. Might have to try it. (By myself at home so no one will see that I don't have any idea how to put that into a pipe):oops:

    I ordered 2 25g pouches as well as some G&H and Toque snuff. Kind of expensive for an OTC, but oh well.

    Condor is one of them tobaccos it never fails to impress.
    I have tried so many other different tobaccos and indeed raved about quite a few.
    But the magic of condor is no matter where you in britain from a propper tobacconist to the smallest village shop condor is always there
    And its taste ease of lighting and lack of fuss make it a staple i think since i came across condor i have never been without an ounce worth at least stashed away

    Smoking condor is something like coming home from a hard days graft and your better half is there waiting with a pint in one hand and a gorgeous perfectly cooked meal in the other

    In other words even though its always there it never fails to perk up your spirits and make the day a little better and what could be the only smile raised that day.

    I've been wondering about trying Condor recently. Does it have Lakeland essence on it?

    Yes it does its one of them tobaccos you have to try a couple times before it gets appeal well thats how it was for me

    Condor, as well as St. Bruno, have been on my list for a while...pricy though...

    I'm still surprised to see a television commercial for a tobacco...what is it...40 years or so since any aired here in the US?
