I decided that my new James Upshall B-grade silver spigot would look smashing with a Cumberland stem. On another forum, Floyd Norwood made an excellent Cumberland stem for a members Dunhill. So, I sent him my Upshall and six days later it was back sporting this new stem. Floyd also made the original black stem (it was mint) work as well, so now I have two stems for this pipe. I asked him to duplicate the contours/shape/button on the original stem and he nailed it. Floyd rec'd the pipe on Saturday morning and called me at noon to tell me it was ready to ship. I think it's hard to beat that kind of service.
