The easiest is not the cheapest.

Easiest, especially for smaller orders: Pipemakers.org out of Phoenix

Cheapest, especially for large orders: Nikkoebonite.com out of Japan

You can buy out of Germany too from Herman Von Appen or PE Herman's but there's no advantage.

I went with Nikko. Thanks Sas. It was the cheapest, and they were great to deal with through email.

I just put in my first order w/ Steve. He's great to deal with and is now carrying colored ebonite along with black ebonite and briar blocks. He will also do small orders which is a huge plus for beginners like me.
