I just smoked my first bowl of Gawith Haggarth No. 7 Broken Flake in a new MM strait Spool, and while I'm nowhere near ready to give it a proper review I can say this is probably one of the best tobaccos I have ever smoked. It's supposed to have some vanilla in it, but I can't detect any. It does have the famous Lakelands District floral thing going on, but very lightly and this seems to make the Virginia and Burley base, which reminds me of MacB Navy Flake, really shine. My initial impression is that this is an outstanding blend - brilliant, really. I think I'm going to wind up as big a Lakelands fiend as I am a flake fiend.
