That's it hot weather or not. I've wanted to grow baccy for 16 years I'm doin it next year. We will see what lasts out the heat

How is that? I see it for sale both online and at pipe shows.
If you sell home grown tobacco in the United States without some form of government license it's illegal, just as it is to brew beer and then sell it. Giving it away is alright.
This isn't necessarily the best answer site for you, but it will give you the gist.
At pipe shows I'd imagine they are authorized to sell it, and are paying taxes on it.
Ah, lol. I didn't even think about the taxation aspect.
