I don't know how much they have on hand, if there even is any left, but Mars Cigars shows some EMP and Nightcap in stock. I just ordered some. Not cheap but what the heck, not like I'll get another chance to buy some anytime soon. I think it is just under $5/oz.

Thought I would give ya'll a heads up in case you want to buy some too.

Now I guess I'll wait and see if I actually get any.

    $5 X Oz. X 16 $80!

How does the EMP compare to the EMP match they sell at P&C? I have about 1/2 pound stinking up my bedroom that I'd like to get rid of.

$5/oz is what GL Pease blends cost in 2oz tins so it isn't really out of line, I don't guess. At least that is how I justified it.

What do you have a half a pound of? Dunhill or Dunhill match?

    Hi All,

By Brit standards that's an excellent price I can tell you. Ordinary pipe tobacco is coming in at £10.00 for 50g not 2 ozs.
A pound therefore would come in at over £80.00 - say around $120.00 - and Dunhill tobaccos always cost more than the standard blends.

Go for it when you see it if you like it, say I

    Best

I find it sad that all the great UK tobacco's aren't even available in the UK, esoterica for one, and of course Dunhill.

Forgive the ignorance, but why DID Dunhill tobacs go the way of the dodo?

They didn't stop making it. They just are not importing it into the US. Supposedly they don't have a distributor here anymore but it may return at some point if they can get going with a new distributor. Who knows?
