Hiya - I am putting together my TAD order at 4noggins.
Of course the bulk is CH, ABF and SWR.

Alas - I am intrigued by recent discussion about 1792.

Due to the fact that I take snuff and snus plus smoking
the pipe - my nicotine threshold is quite high...;)

So whats your opinion? Yay or nay? ;)

Go for it. Its broken flake, pretty decent nic content. You'll still probably feel some effect of it, maybe just hiccups. Its oretty good. I smoke my ecig all the time and still felt some effect. Not as intense since youre well aquainted with yhe beloved vitamin n.

I'm working my way through a tin. It's good stuff, harder than hell to keep lit. I'm not getting a whole lotta nuanced flavors, but it does what it's supposed to do: gives me some good to puff on while drinking beer.

I enjoy it occasionally, but it's not a regular. Maybe once a month or so, in a smaller bowl. Then again, I'm not a nic fiend.

I love it! I rub it out and lightly pack. It does have some oomph though. Very unique aroma and taste. if smoked too fast it can turn bitter. If sipped slowly it can give some very nice sub flavors of tobacco and perfume.

Yepp - just ordered 1792. :)
I find it thoroughly vile. I've tried to smoke it many times, but I rarely finish a bowl. I have a jar that must be about 8 years old. Still vile. To me, it tastes like a tobacco that's been pressed with dung and then sprinkled with soy sauce. The nicotine doesn't bother me.

I am, however--and somewhat strangely--an epic fan of SG Bracken flake, which a few reviewers say tastes like a slightly lighter 1792. I've never tasted any resemblance. Strength is about the same.

I don't like Bracken Flake either now that you mention it.

I have got some and must say I am not a big fan. I dip into it occasionally hoping to catch some of the magic some speak of, but it has yet to show itself to me. It does have a lot of nicotine, but so does Irish Flake and IMHO IF taste much better to me.
