Which is awesome, because I had smoked my last flake of it this morning.

    Happy Father's Day to all.

That's cool! All I got this year was a card in Spanish...as a joke. Heck, last year it was a pack of Depends adult diapers. I think I like your family better...:)

Well, wear them in good health. I may wish I had one in the morning when the beer trots hit me.

100g of OGS! Good gift. I got a #1 dad mug, a girly tie (as in pink and purple, not a tie with a girl on it), and a pencil cup decorated with construction paper. I actually liked all of it, but I wouldn't have turned down some Virginia flake! ;)

Cool gift! I've still got some that I'm trying to hold off on opening...I really want to because everyone loves it so much but I want to wait until I am done with the other stuff I have opened first.

My wife tried to get me the 2011 Peterson Father's Day pipe but it isn't sold in America so she instead got me my first (real) set of tools!

You're lucky! How did your family know where to order it from? Did you give them a list of the people you order your tobacco from?

Actually, I'm fortunate enough to live close to two B&M's who keep it in stock. The one closest to me has a lot of harder to find stuff like Nightcap and a lot of Dunhill and MacB tins, and the other has just about any bulk you could want. They manage to have Squadron Leader and Firedance most of the time, as well. So, while I don't necessarily like living around here (Nashville area), I've got it made as far as B&M's go.

You can never have enough tools. And that Peterson is a really cool pipe... I work for the government, so naturally I can't afford any cool pipes like that :)

I remember when my wife gave me my first set of tools...I was apprehensive on using them, but over the years, I've gotten quite familiar with them. Unfortunately for me, their brand name is 'Kitchenaid'. (I hate that woman...) :)

Ah... So it's not that you don't wear the pants in your family, just that your pants are always stained with cake mix and cookie dough.

You know the blenders have (Ok, its late) for lack of a better word a PTO (in the tractor sense) on the front for attachments. There are a couple of people with extensive machining experience.... They already have a pasta making attachment, a meat grinder, and I'm sure many others.... But, we could make a buffing attachment, the mixer is already variable speed... could be the perfect low speed buff for carnuaba wax... -David
