    Heck Yeah !

I must say that I was a tad bit leery opening an unexpected package post marked from somewhere in Georgia .... Kept waiting for something to jump out at me and
Sure Enough it did and what a surprise It Is

I am shocked at the generosity of the members here on PSF and very grateful to have found a home among such a fine group of fellow pipe smokers

Now I don't know who initiated this exchange and it don't really matter because my
    Hit List' is growing larger..

After a somewhat stressful morning and a long drive out on a long Hot highway with no AC this package just threw all of the daily worries right out the window.

So to whom ever sent the order to DGErwin or if it was the cobcobbler himself
I say thank you and this FINE Custom Cob which now enable me to
Join the Clinchers Reich will be well used !

    Many Thanks,
    John

I am seeing the pictures. Just be warned, smoking Borkum Riff will void the warranty. And if I ever hear of you smoking Mixture 79 in that pipe, I will drive to Missouri, rip it out of your mouth and beat you with a stone pipe.:old:

Alas, I can not take credit for this. Someone else on the forum thinks highly of you. And I might add, you have become a welcome presence here. :)

I'm confused. Why Reich? Club, Court, Camp, really anything with a C sounds good.

She looks amazing, I'm a big fan of DGErwin's work, and thanks for showing her off. :)

I have two DGE's, and one is a Lovat-type CG that is very much like yours. (The other is a basic DGE-modified Diplomst). Both are great, but I think the Lovat is the better of the two. The longer shank and bigger bowl make it a great pipe to just kick back and enjoy a nice long and relaxing smoke.... which is really the whole point to this pipe smoking thing.

Enjoy that fine looking cob! Looks like it outta give you some nice, long smokes.

Someone just ordered that for you? Wow. That is a fine example of selfless generosity! That even rivals some of the goodwill gestures I've seen on the knife forum I belong to...

I am impressed! And that's a sweet looking cob too! I may have to get into some of those...

    Hey Doug,
I purchased a dip and cg nosewarmer from you a few months ago and I've smoked them to death.
I just purchased some Forever Stems and I know they don't fit your cherry stems.
Would it be possible for you to create me a dip and cg nosewarmer with a cherry bit that fit the forever stems?
    TIA
