Where can I purchase a Kaywoodie pipe.I've read that they are very good
Have you checked the forum links section?
Kaywoodie makes all sorts of pipes right now, from the bargain type with a stinger in the stem to some fairly nice handmades.
Cupojoes.com for the cheapies, have a look at Park Lane Tobacconist for some other options, and GrayFoxOnline.com has some interesting Kaywoodies too.

Im gonna 2nd Ruff and go with pipesandcigars, i just got my 3rd Kaywoodie in the mail today from there, a Kaywoodie Saxon bent billiard and it is a fantastic pipe. This is just my opinion but if i were you id avoid cup o joes like it was the plague, never in my life have i seen worse shipping than that place.
I think strongirish refurbs and sells pipes.
And they are good pipes (esp. the older ones).
Good info alreaddy given.
Earl, Strongirish does indeed do Kaywoodies and I'd heartily recommend contacting him. I got a couple of Estate Kaywoodies from him a couple of weeks ago - tell him what your interested in, he'll tell you what he has and describe the condition they are in accurately and send you pix. Mine arrived in short order and I'm delighted with them, particularly the Flame Grain Bulldog.
I'm getting interested in older American pipes myself and am very impressed with the workmanship and smokeability of Kaywoodies - you get a lot of pipe for little money,
I do have some Kaywoodies that I can sell you, send me a PM as to what you are looking for, shape etc. and I will send you a picture. I do this as a hobby so I will make the price right too!
Thanks for all your replies, Will contact Strongirish.
