Thanks, that's the way it goes with the Germain stuff, if you like it, you have to buy it when you can.

1 ounce each of Blend 300 and Blackberry Winter. Both are Ted's Pipe Shoppe house blends. 300 is a Latakia/Oriental blend and Blackberry Winter is one of the few aromatics I like. These guys at Ted's have been blending since the 60's and know what they are doing. For just about every blend you can think of they have something that rivals it. AND you can order them online as well.

Well it wasn't me paying for it, so I don't know if it counts...but my mother footed a bill for me at a B&M and I got a tin of Golden Glow, one of 1792 Flake, and one of Pelican. I'm really curious about the Pelican, but not going to open it yet!

I ordered a Mac, two generals and two prides. And a new stem for the legend that I chewed through.

It must feel odd to buy tobacco in New York City and think that the taxes aren't that bad.

Compared to Britain JP it's really cheap.
$10 for 2oz high quality tobacco blended really well.
And in a flagship store on 5th Ave.
I can't buy Condor in Asda/Walmart as cheap.
Cigarettes were a different matter. $13 dollars for 20

I heard you're trying to corrupt one of my friends with some Condor, how do you plead?

If you like aromatics at all you will find it great. It's one of those tobaccos where, no matter how much you smoke it, you are just amazed at how tasty it is every time. Burns smooth and slow. Doesn't leave any funk at the bottom of your bowl and is harder to get to bite than a toothless basset hound. I highly recommend it.

You are found guilty, take 6 hours of jet lag and be forever absolved of your sin.

While you're doing that, I'll eat a portion of humble pie and hope we're square.
