Just got an email from P&C. 15% off all bulk Mac blends. I think the price beats 4 noggins with their discount. Is it time to start my cellar?

You should have started long ago. I may have to be sneaky about it and order some myself.

There is nothing on the site that mentions this, only that there is s Lane tobacco sale (15% off)?

Is there a super secret handshake or something?

Dunno if it's a coincidence or not, but Lilbrown.com is having a McClelland clearance this month. I grabbed a pound of 2015 for $29.95, and a lot of other stuff of theirs is that much or $1.95 an oz.

When you add them to your cart it shows up as discount. Done it already.

I just went to buy some McC bulk for $29.95 and they are charging me sales tax and state tobacco tax. That pound would cost me $54.70 if I bought it from them. NO THANK YOU!

This sale drew me in. I have been thinking about bulking up for a while and the Samuel Gawith bulk is pretty scarce on US sites, so I decided to pull the trigger.

Some Mature Cake, Dark English, Coyote Classic and a couple of cigars to round out the order.

Is anyone else getting tagged with a state tobacco tax? They are adding $22.88 to my order. I would like to order from them but there are other online vendors where that $22.88 would be better spent.

Are you looking at P&C or Lilbrown? I just ordered $100 worth of tobacco from P&C, live in NY, and was hit with $0 in tax. I would know, tobacco tax here is 75%!

That's one part about Lilbrown I didn't know about. It's a few miles from my home so I've never actually ordered anything, just gone in and bought it.

How dose any of their bulk English compare to FM regular?

I hope to be able to answer that by the weekend; as I like the entire FM suite and I am hoping that the Dark English #5110 or Coyote Classic #5125 is close enough to be a high volume / lower cost alternative

I think that you'll find that Coyote Classic is similar to FMC, I know I do.
