McCranies Red Ribbon

    Fine stuff........A well respected PSF member recently sent me an onopened tin of 1983 red ribbon along with ennandale & dark star.......But this Mccranies red ribbon is jus rite.... anybody else familiar with or like.......... want me some more of it..........

    I've never had it, but looking at the reviews on TR.com, it sounds like something I'd really enjoy.

    Nothing but 29 year old ages red virginia.. I had never even heard of it...Looking today I found a 1983 can on ebay.up for bids.

    I have been smoking it for awhile now and it is just great. Sweet and rich.

    I've seen this every now and then on ebay and wondered what it was like. I think it's time for me to make a couple of bids..

    I like it. A bit "bright" for my normal ventures, but good. The flake tinning from 2004 is my favorite.

    I like them both, Flake & Ribbon. I think the Ribbon matures a little quicker than the Flake but both are great smokes.
