    I read somewhere that they have enough cob stock in the warehouse for 3 years of production so I don't exactly understand this.

    It is just the larger cobs that they are out of. There is plenty for Legends, Washingtons and Prides. The company is going to be OK.

    I don't smoke cobs a lot but of course my favorite the "Country Gentleman" is on the chopping block....:mad:

    I do know they age their cobs for two years, so it shouldn't affect this year's stock I would think.

    They now use some kind of accelerated drying process. If you read the whole article it says they hope to be ready with bigger cobs after the first of the year. No reason to panic.

    PM jumps the gun on everything they have on there website,sh*t they had me believing Borkum Riff was a great tobacco back some time ago.

    It is, if you don't know any better. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing! Expensive too, if my pipe cabinet and tobacco cellar are any indicator.
