Hello All, I'm new here and this is my first post. I have only been a pipe smoker for 2 years and am still experimenting with different pipe brands, styles and tobaccos. Which is what makes it so interesting, I suppose. What prompted me to write today was I was in a general store that is best described as a fading supermarket-down-on-its-luck kind of place, and in amongst the bric a brac was a display case that held a few pipes. There was 3 Big Ben, short, bent types and 2 Montanas. These 2 were what took my interest, both are dark red with straight stems made of bakelite. One is a billiard shape, the other pot/apple. I have no idea how old they are, but they appear to have been there for many years. Having trouble researching anything about Montana on the web - does anyone here know anything about them? The only marking on them is 'Montana Holland'. I have a photo of them, but don't seem to be able to load one up here.
