3 tins Presbyterian Mixture - I like this stuff
3 tins McClelland Jubilee - I like this stuff to
1 tin Peterson Irish Whiskey - I like Whiskey, so what the hell
1 tin Peterson Sweet Killarney - one of the few "aromatics" I have enjoyed.

Next I will be making a phone call to order some Hellam's Hillbilly Blend.

Hmm..last time I had a tin of Sweet Killarney,
it was almost TOO sweet. Smoked really wet
    due to the casing. YMMV

    Hi All,

Sounds good. There's a lot of mixed reviews about Sweet Killarney - the negative ones say it's too mild, a tongue burner and the flavour disappears within a few puffs. I love it but you have to take your time with it and really sip it. I suppose it depends on individual tastes but I do enjoy a sweet tobacco from time to time.

I smoked it straight out of the tin in a Sas pipe and then a Falcon and finally in a cob - for me it worked well in all three. On the room note - everyone I was with enjoyed it too.

    Happy smoking

Ivycap sent me some in our FNG/FOG trade. I really liked it. Pretty sure he had dried it some, as it wasn't wet at all. Nice aroma, easy smoke, just can't smoke it quickly.

Agreed. Just had my third bowl last night. The wife said the smoke was strong, but it smelled like hookah. Which means it is much better than other tobys as I can smoke when she is around.

Mmmm may be a tad mild tasting for me. I tend to like kick in the ass flavors.

Sweet Killarny was one of my first smokes and I really did not like it. However now that I feel like I've learned a little more I'm thinking of picking up a tin.
