I have a need for several round and 1 diamond Dr. Grabow stems. Any ideas where I might source them?

Have you tried emailing direct? If they can't help you I'm sure they could point you at a retailer.

From what I remember, if you had a grabow with a busted or loose stem, you can send it to them, and they'll replace it...

Coada, That would be good if they still do it. Waiting to hear back on my email to them now.

Received my response from Dr. Grabow. They will replace any stem and ship back for $11.00. Thanks for the help.

I believe they will send you extras at like $3 each. I did this and my only disappointment is that I can't pass a pipe cleaner through the replacement stem.

You've got the right idea with dealing with Grabow direct, they replaced a stem on a Royalton when the tenon came loose way too early for no charge, and they'll do regular new stems for $11. Their customer service and communication is pretty good too!

Glad it worked out. I have to contact them myself now to see if they'll ship a replacement stem for my Viscount internationally.
