    Pics of new crop of Virginia Gold Leaf. First pic is when I transplanted in 5 weeks ago so they are growing good. Last pic is from today. ...Jeebs

    Those plants are looking good jeebs, I worked in the baccy fields some when I was teen, from planting, cutting and hanging, even stripped it a few times. How ya gonna cure that baccy.

    That's just too neat! Thanks for posting pics. I may have to get some railroad ties and set up a little patch to try my hand at growing some toby too. My native soil is too rocky, but that doesn't mean I couldn't have a dumpload brought in.

    Get alittle dirt, I should have plenty of seeds after they flower out... I'll send you some for next year..... Jeebs...

    Very nice looking plants Jeebs! Looking for a later crop is great. Do you have more than the one spot to plant? Just wondering what you rotate through? Beale.
