Getting ready to go out for a bowl of Early Morning Pipe with a cup of tea...the EMP in a prince, because I don't want a particularly long smoke right now.

Ended up smoking the EMP with a big cup of Turkish coffee instead of tea - needed a little more of a kick ;) What a great blend, EMP is truly a perfect blend. Not perfect for every moment, but perfect for what it's meant to be. Those seem to be few and far between.

My big order should arrive in the mail today...so while I'm strongly considering a bowl of Star of the East, I know in a matter of an hour or two I'll be up to my ears in Best Brown #2 and Bosun Cut Plug...so maybe I'll just wait...nah, where's the fun in that? Off to prepare a bowl of Star of the East for my Savinelli billiard. Or maybe Balkan Sasieni....too much to choose from!

Well, today's my last day of playing hookey, and other than a few chores, I'm not going to get too ambtious.

Just smoked a big bowl of Ten Russians.

Woohoo, another great walk'n'smoke! Star of the East in my Savinelli Trevi 114KS....nice pipe, third or fourth smoke from it, and already it's a real champ! And the chamber isn't too small either :D I love the Sav prince I've got, and am finding more use for it in chilly weather, because the wide but shallow bowl allows me a really nice smoke without having to commit a lot of time to it. But this big old billiard is great for a walk in the snow and a nice medium-full English blend :)

Tea is steeping, Royal Coachman bulldog loaded with Bosun Cut Plug fresh from the package....given a few minutes near a space heater to dry a touch, of course :)

What state? Apathy? Heck, at that rate why do you care? :)

    Yeah, blame the dentist...

(That's low, even for a confirmed belly crawler.)

Refired the clay with more DBE, but I'm smoking this one, dammit...i've got a door cracked.

Unlike your Spanish, :), I think your taste buds are good. I'm of a mind(yes, it happens) that VA's are just 'plane gooder' in a cob.

Five Bros. in the little Dwaugh clay. I hate this freaking weather. (And my loose lipped chitlins. Ruddy narcs.) Brr.

I'm dashing out the door, into the endless rain with dog, cob, and Squadron Leader, to start the day. It's wet, it is cold, and life is still good. :)
