One thing I can say for this blend and for Whiskey Biscuit Gravy is that they're both super easy to smoke. After just a little drying they smoke very very cool. It would take effort to get them to bite.
I'm still trying to figure out the flavors. I don't know if I'd call them full-blown aromatics, but I'd say they're at least crossovers. It's strange, but with both of them I keep getting a distinct banana flavor
