I was going to write a post about that.... Basically, I happened to be in a very small B&M in Western OH, the lady who owned the place recommended it (the jar just said Balkan). I asked who blended it, so she took be into the humidor and showed me the bag it came in, and being sort of slow, I forgot what the bag said.... All I remember is that it was imported by Arango Cigar CO in IL.... I know it wasn't Lane or Altadis..... So I'm guessing it was Balkan Supreme, which I think is made just for Arango. I will call the lady on Monday and find out, but I'm 85% sure that it's Balkan Supreme. Your probably sorry your asked, and I feel lame for not remembering what I bought yesterday:) -David

Yea it was painful, especially, because it was such a lame story, and I knew I would be mocked. :) -David

Peterson Irish Oak in a Pete Kinsale XL14. I really enjoyed Irish Oak in a pipe with a small bowl. It's even better in the big honkin' XL14. I can't get over how smooth and flavorful this stuff is. I need to cellar up. I'm 1/2 way through my only tin. :bing:

Just came in from a great smoke. I braved the elements (okay, okay...it isn't really that cold now that the wind died down...actually pretty nice for a February night) for a bowl of Five Brothers in my meer. I need more meershaums. That thing is a life saver. I could see myself as primarily a meershaum smoker if I had one or two more. It would be nice to not worry about avoiding latakia or "soap." I do sometimes sprinkle a small bit of Bosun Cut Plug in with my Five Brothers or Kendal Dark, though, to be honest.
