About to go light up a bowl of Kendal Dark in the Kapet 68
Would love to light up a bowl of anything right now but being on a Z pack totally kills any taste buds that I have; and I still have two more days; YUCK!
Hang in there Tanman!
Got a little bit of Red Paramour left from the 1oz I bought and I think I'll smoke some in my meer. I definately would like to jar this stuff and as soon as I can, I will!
Man, lots of OTC tobacco and Grabows in here! Good on you folks! I wish I could save money like that. I just have to be content with being broke.
Havin' myself some of the lovely Balkan Sobranie (and no, not the original). It's soooo good. Smokin' it in my Savinelli Roma 626. Nice little pipe, especially for, what, $60. Yeah, it's a pretty good smoker, especially for that price, and Balkans work well in it. I think it's a dapper little shape.
Balkan Supreme in a bent Dunhill billard. -David
God, every time one of you mentions smoking a Dunhill I turn green. Who makes Balkan Supreme, by the way?
I think the Balkan Supreme is made by Peter Stokkebye. But I'm only 70% sure what I'm smoking is Balkan Supreme. The Dunhill was one of my fathers old pipe. Either the pipe and/or the tobacco are not cooperating right now. -David
I have often wished that I had a father and/or grandfather who was a pipe-smoker, as I know many people who have Dunhill's that they received in that manner. And I do believe that you are correct about Balkan Supreme being a Stokkebye tobacco. Sucks about the non-cooperating inclination of the pipe/tobacco, and if I had to guess, I would suggest that it is more than likely the tobacco, as I have rarely known a Dunhill to mess anything up.
I think it's a short between the headphones -David
