Cracked a tin of G&H Bob's chocolate flake, if there be latakia in there I sure as hell couldn't find it. Tastes like a lightly sweet cocoanillary  burly and virginia flake. Not bad but It's still too early to tell.

Another bowl of GLP US in a Nonpareil. I might try to go all day with this weed just to see how it/I will hold up.

Absolutely stunning day in the mountains today.

More PA/CH in a Sasieni Four Dot "Burton". Just rubbed off several layers of oxidation from this 31 year old vulcanite pipe stem, using Magic Eraser.

PA (a.k.a The Exorcist) in my (previously ghosted) cob.

I say it that way because after 50 grams of Buteras Royal Vintage Golden Cake, that particular cob was quite ghosted. To the point that a bowl of PA or CH tasted just like golden cake from start to finish. After many bowls of PA the ghost seems to be dissappearing. Only occasionally during a smoke do I get the slighest hint of that citrus flavor I've come to expect while smoking that pipe. Another few bowls and I hope the ghost to be completely gone. Hope being the key word in that last sentence.

On a side note: I have placed my first on-line order, and expect it to arrive sometime next week. That order includes a tin of US which I hope to smoke as I participate in the 2t2m. Also in that order is a couple ounces of Full Virginia Flake, and a few ounces of Squadron Leader. The FVF because I'm trying to get a feel for virginias, and the SL because I also want to test run an english blend across my tongue. I've read a lot of good things about both of those tobaccos, so they seemed like reasonable choices.

XD Lol! Right on the nose, PA is the Exorcist. The power of PA compels you! If you haven't tried SL yet, I hope you end up liking it as much as I do when you try it out. And what Jesla said, do join our tobacco review syndrome.
