This retirement's turning out to be flaming hard work! Spent the day working on cottage gardens, now out on decking with feet up on the rail with a bowlful of Old Rum and Maple in a Falcon - best bit of the day, and oh by the way hona's fixing us a jug of Blue Lagoon - life could be worse!

mac baren symphony in the laxey meer. sending that stuff out to sas had me looking for this tin, it was the first tin i bought and it was god awful at the time, but after my return to the LBB i thought i'd give it another go. apparently i soldiered through the whole damn thing except for two bowls, its the same age as the stuff i sent sas and it turns out now that i know how to operate a pipe its freaking divine.
I got up early, so I actually have time for a pipe before heading out to the office. PA in a Yello Bole Imperial, coffee on the side.
