Just found a tin of Squadron Leader at the bottom of a box (lost track of it when I moved a couple months ago). I missed it when it was back in stock recently so I'm over the moon about this find. Currently smoking a bowl in my Pete #6 and drooling all over myself.

Trying my first tin and smoke of McC Grand Oriental: Yenidje Supreme... been looking forward to this.

Starting out with a very Virginia taste (which is the base)... it will be interesting to see how the bowl develops...

Arrrrrgh...... Only one beer left in the fridge. Luckily it's a big bottle of Lagunitas Wilco Tango Foxtrot Ale.

Back from the daughter's...steaks were delicious, and the company was delightful. I took some PS LTF and the Bear's Den wild thing for my after-dinner smoke. Just watching the g-kids bouncing on the trampoline almost had me wore out...so much energy!

Now home with a bit of St. James Woods in my no-name bent bulldog and a Dr. Pepper chaser.

    Hi All,

Revisted Player's Navy Flake (in a natural cob while walking round town this morning getting coated in volcanic ash) after an absence of around 30 years. Lovely smoke but am convinced it's out of the same factory as MacBarren's Navy Flake - even the unusual crumbly texture is the same,

    Best to all

    Gerry

Caledonian 421 in my oldest pipe, a Amphora bent bulldog. Heaven.
I'm not looking forward to the fall from heaven when I finish off my
last tin of this (weeps profusely).
