Spent the AM on the river with my friend Steve, We both managed to hook a fish. Mine was a nice rainbow, about 12-13" long. I gave him a kiss and released him. Steve's was a great brown. I really enjoyed watching them go at it. Finally that rascal came straight out of the water, like a missile from a sub, almost chest high....and spit the lure! Had to be close to 18"!! All in all a good day.
We had lunch with the girls about one, enjoyed a bowl and packed up for home.
Now working my way through some Balkan Sasenie in the large claw meerschaum and sipping some iced tea.
Davidoff Flake Medallion in a Bekler dragon meer... I'm really digging this genre of coin-shaped flakes and can't wait to move on to Escudo!
