Just finished a nice bowl of Boswell's Northwoods, it's been at least a week since I've had it. Still love it.

Moe's in Tinsky PSF/POY, iced coffee. Then the USPS man delivered SAs' Straight Brandy and Plateau Billiard! So after checking both out quickly, I decided I had to smoke one. So next bowl was:

Solani ABF in Str. Brandy! Another AWESOME smoker Todd! Thanks soooooh very much! Beautiful pipes! The Str. Brandy smoked as nicely as Bent Stub and that was a very memorable smoke!

Sterling Bargain Blend in a KW white briar--

the tobac is a free sample, and i never look a gift horse .....etc....--

at first light the tobac seemed bitter, but as it progressed the flavor improved immensely--at pipes end i was becoming quite pleased with it--

need to try this in another pipe--it is possible the bitter taste was due to an alcohol i used to clean the shank a week or so ago??--or it may have been just the burley--further testing is needed--

Excellent! Glad you liked it. Good...trade..

Just finished the maiden voyage of the Il Duca.
Filled her up with 421, yet I didn't count for
the different air hole placement. That will
take a little getting used to. Either that, or
she likes straight VAs. Time will tell.
