Nice one, Puff, I may have to use that one! I made a Puffait today as well, some CB and Double Eagle. They made quite a pair in my bent MM Egg :yum:

Penzance in an old MM cob w/4evah stem, hot tea.

Yeah SC, some combos work well together. I am still taken by BCA & ABF mixed so I guess it's a blend vs a "Puffait" (parfait or layered bowl). So many toby'z out there and some combo'z work exceptionally well and some sort of just fizzle. No fireworkz!

    Good Afternoon Everyone,

I tried some of teh McClelland 5105 in the cob....not a great tobacco IMO, but I could see using it in a blend. Had the Pete 68 set with some Spiced Rum so I switched to that.

Decided to start the day with an English blend...Westminster in the calla, and a large mug of Russian tea...really hit the spot. Next was some HV, in my CPF bent bulldog and a mug of tea. Now I'm working my way through a bowl of Smyrna #1 in the Jirsa XL Rhodesian, gifted by a good friend on another forum...great not-so-little pipe! There's a Dr. Pepper on the side... :eek:hyeah: ...naturally.

Wow! Just finished off two bowls I started earlier (penzance in a cob & fvf in a calabresi) and they both DGT'd marvelously. At times I had both going and i'd take a few sips of one and then go to the other! What a blast! I'd end up keeping one in my mouth clenched while holing the other.................then switch :)

Just finished them up and I'm exhausted......................I know, "wimp"!

Well, now up is a milder evening and it's two 4evah-stem'd MM Pats, one loaded up with 7 seas royal and the other 7 seas gold. Will probably smoke one then the next.............who know's?
