    Enjoyed some Rattray's Marlin Flake in my La Strada Pico.. Snowing and cold but worth the time...

    Earlier today some Bagpipers dream while watching my oldest boy sledding. It was leftovers from yesterday so I could claim DGTing, but it was really just leftovers and thankfully the taste remained the same as usual.

    Just now finished a three hour sitting with Holiday spirit in my refurbished Ratos, Irish coffee on the side and a bowl of MOB 3005 which is a good latakia blend, in my Peterson Killarney XL2, simply because I felt much too pleased and cozy smoking to go inside after just one bowl. More irish coffee and some gingerbread as company.

    I'm not smoking anything... :sick: I've been sick since Friday. I haven't had a single bowl all weekend. Worse weekend ever, but I felt homesick not posting in the Now Smoking section. :thumbsd:

    Evildead I feel your pain. I just bought a tin of McClelland's royal cajun ebony, a blend I have been looking forward to for awhile now, and of course I get the flu before I have a chance to smoke a bowl.

    Hope you feel better soon.

    Good Morning,

    P&W 400 in a Squatch pot. This pipe is coming up on a couple of years old, and has been smoked a couple times a week since I got it. It is simply a stunning smoker, light as a feather, generous draw, and so well seasoned now it almost smokes itself. Unbelievable pipe.

    Personally, it's okay for an aro. I
    much prefer Danish aro's to this.

    Taking a break from all the latakia blends I've been smoking to break in my two new Italians... by trying H&H Egg Nog in a falcon genoa... great aroma in pouch and in room! wonderful rum scent in pouch and cinammon/vanilla in room! It's a light bodied cavendish, I'm getting mostly vanilla flavor with occasional slight hints of cinnamon. Was a bit wet out of pouch, so needed some relights (will try to dry it out next time). Overall, one of the better aromatics i've tried. I really can't get over the room aroma... wonderful!


    H&H Egg Nog, along with C&D Autumn Evening are so far the only two aromatics that I would add to my cellar. :bing:

    LBF in a pete. Been spending too much time on campus has been making me yearn for the good ole days I never had when you could smoke anywhere.

    Yes yes...but what do you think of the pipe maker??? :)

    Dunhill Flake (Lord help me...)in a Hackert Freehand, ducking the high winds and crazy flurries. I wonder if Android phones are waterproof?
