McClelland #2045 Oriental Mixture in my Ben Wade billiard. Great, lighter bodied nightcap for a warm summer evening. Makes me wish it were a chilly winter evening by the fireplace though :)

Been feeling like crap the last couple days. Still quite below the weather. Didn't smoke at all yesterday... Needed something to cut through the crud this morning... Ah ha! Just the thing! Ennerdale! ;)

I wanted to try this out, so I'm experimenting with smoking about 3/4 of a flake of LNF with PS Sweet Vanilla folded into it. Not full on aromatic, but a hint of vanilla flavor and aroma....not bad, but not too likely to become a regular thing. More likely I'd mix cube cut and sweet vanilla and just keep on smoking LNF on its own

SG FVF in a Radice Clear billiard. Today begins an extended, long-advertised heat wave. Lots of Virginias will be smoked.

    Dunhill Flake in a Cob.

I wish I smoked a Cob more often. I really wish I would have been smoking a cob last week when I dropped my Caminetto Cherrywood and snapped the tenon.....:(

C&D oriental silk in my little Haig billiard. Tiny bowl, fast tasty smoke for smoke breaks at work. And excellent summer smoke, for whatever reason...

Well, cobs are the perfect pipe for dropping....
Damn, GS, too bad about your Cami, who's going to do the repairs for you?

No smoke, just a pinch of Copenhagen.

    Ghey. :)

IRC VA Flake(GAF clone?) in the Tinderbox Verona(Armellini) Naturale. This was never broken in...may need to drop more Five Bros. in it.

(Huh, as I was typing this, I flicked it to get rid of some moisture....damned tobacco fell out in a smoldering plug! Definitely needs some cake in there....)

It was one of those "I can't believe that just happened" moments. It only fell about 2 feet but it was on a hardwood floor and it must have landed just right (or wrong).....Snap.

I'm sending it out to Ronni at NightOwl Pipeworks.

Thanks!!!! It's kinda funky looking but it sure is/was a good smoking pipe.

Cumberland in a Country Gentleman Cob.
