Lancer's Slices in my Legend.
I don't know, it didn't seem that bad. I really liked it, but I hope that doesn't mean I'll turn into a Balkan addict. I'm not sure how Ruffino would feel about that. It really was a nice blend that changed and changed. Very interesting and not boring.
Please...please!...turn into a Balkan fiend! The thought of a wife griping her husband is 'unappreciative' of the room note left by Latakia is too funny to ignore!
Now smoking(outdoors, as usual)...an inoffensive VA...(my wifey gripes over them all...but Lat's??? Phew!).
Maybe John and my missus can form a support group...
C&D Engine 99. Out of all the C&D blends I've tried, I think this might get the chicken dinner. Very nice smoke.

I was going to give HH Vintage Syrian a spin tonight (my friend gave me a sample about a week ago) but I'm just not feeling the Latakia, and I really just want to kick back and have a nice smoke I don't have to try and figure out. I decided on some GAF in a MMCG. It just doesn't get any better than this.
PA in a yard pipe... Why does this stuff taste sooo good in such a knock-around inexpensive pipe?? I Love it!!
Did two bowls of aros taday, along with spending all day on expense reports. Now ready for bed so getting serious with opening night in the Sassieni four dot billiard, old #7 on the side.
Let's see... The last thing I saw smoking was the lucite stem on the estate Armellini I was working on, right before I split it while trying to drill it out. Well. Hmm. It wouldn't be so bad except that the stem had a nifty little inlay. Ever just feel so defeated you can't even be angry?
Screw it, now I've got a new project. Now it's time for a happier smoke- think I'll follow Herb's lead and cob up some GAF.
MB Vanilla slices [ Flake ] in a Kaywoodie Octagon Dublin ..... This is such a great smoke
