    I believe Dave makes churchwarden stems for bent stem cobs also.

    Edited to add: I think it would make a nice breast pocket pipe.

    that stem is so short and slim, i can't for the life of me figure out how a filter would fit in there...

    That stem is filter less but a standard filtered stem can be used on this pipe also.

    Marc, thanks for clearing that up for me.

    This sentence from the website threw me for a loop: "This ‘Forever’ stem will fit all MM filter style pipes, and all filter style stems will fit this pipe."


    But now I understand much better what it really means!

    His stems both filtered and unfiltered are interchangeable on all MM cobs I believe.

    I think his stems are of two varieties: those that fit filtered pipes, and those that fit unfiltered pipes. The stems are interchangeable so long as you don't change to the other variety of 'models'. If I remember correctly anyways.
