    For the price I may try to point him in the direction of a Cobcobbler nosewarmer. All the input has been great thus far...I will share it with him.

    A Parker billiard, perhaps? Just over $50 but they're a sandblast. I believe they're made in the Dunhill factory and have typical Dunhill aesthetics.

    I've heard good things about these Barber B-line pipes. Apparently they have a "back-door" arrangement with the Dunhill factory, according to what I've read on the forums.

    Ha ha! He snagged an estate Stanwell Featherweight billiard off smokingpipes for $60. I found it and showed it to him. It's 5 and a quarter inches long, black and rugged. Just what he wanted. Great deal too.
