Rescue Pipe

    Just burned my first bowl in this rescue. I don't know jack about it - found it in a shoe box in a flea market in Pensacola - looked really bad but no cracks, so i sacrificed $5. I like the size and shape - thought it would make a good yard pipe/clencher/boat pipe so... Add Everclear, several grades of sandpaper and steel wool, and copious amounts of elbow grease and viola! It works for me!

    Cool find in an old box. You can't complain about a smoker for $5. And elbow grease adds a special dash of "this is my pipe"... good stuff. :sailor:

    I've heard that shape called a "skater" ...whatever it is, nice pipe and nice save!

    Thanks for the ID and the comments - its a fair smoker - fits well in a shirt pocket.

    Thanks again for comments - i can't put this pipe down! its a great little smoker - as Identified earlier - Medico Jet Stream - nevr gets hot, no gurgle. if the bowl burned twice as long it woud be nice but i will take it as is! great shirt pocket, take a smoke break with the ciggy-acks kind of pipe.
