whats weird is that the writing on the pipe looks exactly like the writing on my grandpas pipe. I mean the style and both pipes have imported briar on them. If you look at the two pictures the Rs are the same style.

PAD is darn near uncontrollable in its early stages. And it only gets worse or better depending on you point of view. Get drunk & hide your credit cards so you can't find them in the morning.:drunk:

Right there with ya brother. Started smoking a pipe 15 years ago, then kinda went into hibernation with the pipe thing, never very serious...just smoked a bowl from time to time, but in the last few weeks I have been crazy, bought 5 pipes, 2 of which are cobs, 1 basket, 1 nice Peterson and I ordered an Invicta...which should come in next week.....I am CRAZY!!!

    :ohyh:

I did the same my first year of pipe smoking. It made my wife crazy. Now I just browse pipes a couple of times per month. I've kind of settled in on some carvers for my next purchases.

That Radiator is very nice looking and seems like a bargain for $39. :bing:

Nice pipe. As far as your PAD goes, you are making good decisions. I bought a lot of junk with my first case of PAD.

    That pipe looks really cool!

Cool looking pipe; those holes would be perfect for inserting temperature probes hooked up to a digital chart recorder (I'm 49% joking:)). -David

You're not joking at all, Waugh, and we all know it, so stop pretending.

David E, I'm not talking to you until you smoke that Mark Twain set.

All right, I've posted this a few times, but.....

A pipe is made to smoke. That's it's meaning. It's purpose. Your life is empty because you spend it trying to stop the pipe from becoming. And for who? For what? You know what a pipe is, David, that doesn't smoke? It's a cheap gold watch, buddy.
