when I got home from work today and there was a large cardboard box in it...the odd thing is that there were no markings/address/etc on it, I knew what it was though so I hurried inside and opened it revealing my new baccy/pipe pouch and a baraccini ascot full bend with a billiard style bowl. I promptly packed the bowl about 1/4 full and went outside to fire up the grill (brats for dinner). I have very little (read as : "no") experience to base a comparison on but it seems like a decent smoker it stayed cool and only gurgled at me once which may have been my fault...fault aside it was fixed with a PC

So far I like it...I'm looking forward to breaking in my first pipe...well not really my first break in but my first break in while I know how to do it.

i will come up with pics one day...sorry

I ordered it from pipes and cigars last week so I know where it came from. I just found it strange how it got here with no postage markings...:msty:

Yeah, they do that all the time. I keep getting failed delivery notices when I was in all day. fortunately the pick up point is only a block away from me. It actually depends on which poste is delivering that day. The lazy bugger or the good one. One of them cuts corners so he can finish his day faster.

Glad it is not just me! Luckily it's only a couple of blocks to the PO, annoying to think it is sitting so close to me and yet so far!

I'm not sure who'se postman is lazier...or perhaps they are different types of lazy but if I dont open the door for mine, he just leaves the package on my doorstep.

I used to live in an apartment and my neighbor worked for ups ( she also delivered to the machine shop I worked in) so she would just hold on to my parcels untill her shift was over and just swing by and give it to me personally....I usually tipped her with a beer. I liked that situation better
