When I went out to the mail box today after work, I found a package from Nick Williams. My heart sank as I thought he might be returning the Nosewarmer he bought from me. Despair was soon replaced with glad tidings. There was an open pouch of Carter Hall and an unopened pouch of Middleton's Cherry Blend.

Seems his wife had some objections to the aroma of Carter Hall. Well in the interest of marital harmony, he sent it to me to give it a loving home. Not sure why he included the MCB, but hey. My two favorites.

    Thanks Nick:thu2:

I need to get another pouch of Middletons Cherry. My B&M makes a house blend version that they call "3 cherries" (not to be confused with the other 3 cherries tobaacos out there...I think they just nicked the name...anywhoo...). I have almost a full pouch of Carter Hall...its ok, but it didnt live up to the hype for me. When it comes to classic OTC burleys (PA, CH, SWR), I'll take the SWR...although I'd rather have some half and half ;)...

Nice gesture by Nick and nice of DG to mention it publicly. The guys on this forum never cease to amaze me with their generosity and kindness toward one another. That is one of the many things that makes PSF the great place that it is.:)
